How We Help
In the last year, The Abundant Harvest Food Pantry distributes 992,752 pounds of food to individuals and families facing food insecurity in Montgomery County. This ongoing effort supports both pantry-based services and community food distributions in neighborhoods and schools where access is limited.
Our impact is possible because of community support, strong partnerships, and a clear commitment to meeting real needs—every month, all year long.
Our Services
Abundant Harvest Food Pantry provides free food assistance to individuals and families in Montgomery County, including Conroe, Spring, The Woodlands and New Caney. Our services are designed to make accessing food as clear and stress-free as possible.
Food Pantry Services (On-Site Pickup)
We offer scheduled food pickup appointments at our pantry location on:
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Appointments help us prepare food ahead of time and reduce wait times. Every Monday you will be able to do your own appointment to Get Food for the week.
Walk-ins are accepted from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Walk-in services are guaranteed each night.
This service is available to individuals and families experiencing food insecurity in the local community.
Get Food -Schedule Your Pickup Appointment
If you or your family need food assistance in Montgomery County, you can schedule a food pickup appointment with our pantry online. We serve individuals and families in Conroe, Spring, The Woodlands, New Caney and surrounding areas through a simple, appointment-based system.
Booking an appointment helps us prepare food ahead of time and reduce wait times when you arrive. Once scheduled, you’ll receive instructions on pickup time, location, and what to bring. If this is your first visit, please arrive at 5:00 PM to complete a brief intake form. No documentation is required.
Appointments are recommended for food pickup. We also have walk-ins hours each day from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. If you are experiencing food insecurity and need help, please Contact Us.

Financial donations allow us to respond quickly to community needs and purchase food when supplies run low. Food donations and partnerships also help strengthen our ability to serve consistently throughout the year.
If you’re looking for a practical, local way to support families in need, your donation directly fuels food access in your own community.
Donations are optional and processed securely. You will not be charged unless you choose to complete a donation.
