If you or your family need food assistance in Montgomery County, The Abundant Harvest Food Pantry is here to help. We serve individuals and families in Spring, The Woodlands, and surrounding areas through an appointment-based food pantry and community food distributions.
Our goal is to make getting food as clear and stress-free as possible.
How to Get Food From Our Pantry
Food pickup is available at our pantry location on:
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Appointments are strongly recommended to ensure availability and reduce wait times.
Walk-ins are accepted from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM, based on food availability. Walk-in services are guaranteed each night.

Community Food Distributions
We also provide food directly in the community for families who may have difficulty traveling.
Community distributions take place at:
Mission Woods Apartments
Pineview Apartments
Bellshire Apartments
Dogwood Elementary School (New Caney)
Distribution dates and times vary by location. Availability depends on current food supply.
What You Should Know Before You Arrive

Appointments are not required for guaranteed service
Please arrive during your scheduled time window
Bring any requested documentation listed in your appointment confirmation
Walk-Ins allotted time is from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
If this is your first visit, please arrive at 5:00 PM to complete a brief intake form. No documentation is required.
